An initial 15–30% advance payment is required to start any project under the milestone module.
Clients receive operational access to run their business but Super Admin rights remain with Declives until full payment clearance.
Milestone schedules are fixed during agreement signing. Completing milestones on time maintains a 0% interest rate.
Missing a milestone payment deadline results in a 6% interest rate increment applied monthly on the remaining unpaid balance.
If unresolved after 6 months, Declives reserves the right to take administrative action or reclaim project control as per agreement terms.
All agreements are legally binding and designed to protect the interests of both the client and Declives Corporation.
